Karol, the orthodontic brushes are available which are used when undergoing braces treatment. These are easily available. You should avoid taking hard and sticky food as they are difficult to chew and they can harm the brackets also. Initially when the wires are tightened there is difficulty in chewing even the soft food but that problem is there just for 3 to 4 days. At that time you can take noodles or porridge , puddings or anything soft which you need not chew.

Sanjay, Apart from metal and invisible braces, hidden braces can also be given. They are also known as lingual braces and are placed behind the teeth and can be seen only on opening the mouth. Only few orthodontics who specializes in lingual braces can give these braces. They may cause difficulty in speech initially and are more expensive than the conventional braces. The duration of treatment may increase with these braces and it can't be used in case of severe malocclusion. You can discuss about the option of hidden braces with your orthodontist.

Metal braces can cost from $5000 to $6500 depending on dentist to dentist, city to city and place to place. Similary the Invisialign cost around $6000. However you are not supposed to pay up all upfront. Usually 50% is upfront and balance is spread over treatment period.
