Free Dental Makeover

We all think of several different kinds of makeovers for ourselves in order to change the way we look. A dental makeover will certainly make you look your very best and give you the smile that you have always yearned for. It will make you look younger and more confident than ever before. But, alas! wish you could afford one. In that case you might want to consider going in for a free makeover.

Everyone wishes for a set of spotlessly white teeth just the kind that they were born with. When you see Hollywood actors and celebrities you sure wonder how they get this kind of teeth. Well, a makeover will certainly help you however; it costs a lot of money. It almost costs people about $5000 to have a makeover. Now, you wonder where on earth would you get this kind of money and give up the hope of smiling like a rock-star. But, do not despair you can get the help of a free dental makeover. The soaring cost of dental care need not put you off seeking a dental makeover.

There are several contests that are run which give away dental health makeovers as prizes. These contests are run by magazines, dentists themselves or else by the dental manufacturing companies. These contests are open to all and if you win them then you will be awarded a free dental makeover that will change your life forever.

These contests have huge upper limits and sometimes as much as $30,000 or even more. The magazines which sponsor these contests have several tie-ups with several companies which in turn donate the materials that will be needed for the makeover. In turn these companies get first hand publicity from the actual consumers themselves rather than only models.

In return you will need to feature in the magazine with the before and after photographs to show the readers how the treatment and makeover can really transform your life and looks for ever. Of course this is a small amount to pay for all the freebies that you receive. The competition is fierce in these competitions as who can resist a free lunch however, keep trying and you will hit the lucky makeover button someday.

Cosmetic dentistry is a big area and there is lots of publicity that is generated around it. There are dentists who do free makeovers for TV channels. These dentists need patients to work on and if you are willing to be aired on national television then you will be walking away with a free dental makeover. You can contact individual dentists to find out if they have any such schemes on them. You can even apply for these makeover shows online.

You can consider trying dental schools too. The work will be done like an expert as the students will be heavily supervised. There are experienced dentists too who need to keep up to date with the latest techniques and would like to try it out on someone first of all.

Hi again. I tried to get dental work at a school but it was for low income families. We don't qualify for low income and we don't qualify for Care Dental either since we don't have good credit and my ex left me with bad credit. I have no clue what to do. I have bad gums and most if not all my top teeth are bad with cavities. I don't have a clue what went wrong with them growing up. I brushed them all the time and in high school they went bad, i went to a horrible dentist that ended up closing down and all the work he did just went to waste and all the fillings fell out one by one. My teeth chip and fall apart all the time now. I hate meeting new people and talking cause I am always covering my mouth and I haven't smiled in years which isn't fair to my kids really.

JESSICA, there is no doubt you require a dental treatment but if money is the main barrier than you can seek help of CARE CREDIT where the company will pay for the whole treatment on your behalf and than you can return them in easy monthly installments else you can go to a dental school where your whole treatment, though will be done by budding dentists but is under strict supervision of expert doctors. also the treatment there is done as very less cost or may be free.

ANA, i would suggest you to visit a dentist before prescribing you any medications for pain. Though you can eat any over the counter pain medications like motrin. And is your pain localized or spread to the temple region. I suggest you to brush properly or just massage your teeth and gums with toothpaste and leave it for few minutes. after that wash your mouth. This will provide you with some relief. And do visit your dentist ASAP.

Hello, to anyone that with a solution I'll just get right to it, I am seeking a smile, I am not expecting a glamorous movie star perfect teeth.I am merely ashing for my front tooth (well half of it) to be replaced. I got hit in the mouth and it broke my tooth, I do have 3 wisdom teeth still but they don't hurt although I have noticed a change in the shape of my mouth. I guess I will live with that, all the want is for someone to work with me on payments ,I cannot do one lump sum, & I am not ask for a hand out, I could not put a price on what it would it mean to me to just smile like normal, without hide my face or talking with head down. etc etc.. I've applied for Care credit, & Medicaid. I don't qualify.. my hero is finally finally coming home. He is a U.S Marine & June !st he will be home & wants to marry me. please if there is an angel out there, I will forever be in your debt long after Ive paid..tears roll my face every time I look in the mirror because I catch a glance of that ugly broken discolored tooth, If there's nothing any one can do, then I'll understand, say a little pray for me.. thank you... B.V

ASHLEY, the first thing you did wrong was breaking a retainer and not getting it again and other thing was filling your carious teeth with over the counter fillers without any professional check up. Now since money is the major problem so you can seek the help of CARE CREDIT, where the company will pay for your whole treatment and you can return them the treatment cost in easy monthly installments else you can visit a local dental school where your whole treatment will though be done by budding dentists but it is done under the strict supervision of expert doctors. The treatment in dental school is very loss or can be free depending upon your financial condition.

I'm currently writing this while laying awake crying because of tooth pain. When I was younger I wasn't able to get braces, but finally did when I was in high school. But not long after my retainer broke and my family didn't have the money to buy another, so my teeth went right back to "normal." Now, years later, its one problem after another. Most of my teeth have cavities (which I try to fill myself with over the counter items). But recently the pain has been horrible. I live with my boyfriend now, but he had to get major sugury. Which set us back money wise. With no hope to getting my teeth fixed any time soon. Like any young couple, we don't have the money, and with an August 2013 wedding planned, I can't bare to think of smiling in any pictures. I'm 23 and have a long life ahead of me, and with to be able to smile threw it. And not just move my lips up. Please, someone help. I don't know when well be able to money to fix my teeth, but I know it won't be any time soon. Please, I pray, please someone help

Ac, since the condition of your teeth is not that very good. So, i would suggest you to visit your local or nearby dentist as it requires manual examination first. To find any local dentist in your city you can enter the city name in our home page under tab "FIND A DENTIST". It will help you in locating a dentist.Regarding money, you can go to a nearby dental school also as the cost of treatment is quite less as the treatment is done by interns and students under strict guidance of experts.

I grew up basically raising my self and never took care of my teeth (Did not know better)and wore/wear a"Gold tooth" for many years so you can just imagine the damage.. i'm only 40years old recently married in dec 2010 I do not smile AT ALL and my husband isn't even aware of the mess in my mouth... I was told by a dentist approximatly 10yrs ago that i would have NO teeth in the next 3 yrs, however i've escaped that by eating soft stuff and avoiding tooth aches, i'd really like to get my mouth made OVER completlety all teeth removed and i think the dentist said i have no bridge so i'll need a total and complete make over! Any ideas of some charity work or somewhere to go to possibly get this done? We are both currently unemployed due to the economy and I have no way of funding these procedures, I can and will provide photos.. thanks for any help if any at all ..

I am 25 and my teeth have fallen out due to the side effects of medication. My mother was sick during her pregnancy with me and the medical treatments she recieved caused me to be born with orthapedic deformaties so ive had countless surgeries starting from 2wks old ive also had fertility problems as a consequence of her treatments but was luckily able to adopt my beautiful daugter emma-jean in 2010 who is now 2. I feel like a terrible mom because im so embarassed of my teeth that i dont even leave the house so shes stuck inside all the time. I quit my job, my schooling, everything. I was an in home health care provider since i was 17 but had big plans to be a zoologist. I found a dentist willing to help by only charging me the lab fees which is $5,000 and not charging for his work which would be $18,000 so he's an angel but i still can tcome up with $5,000 unless i could get like a tax loan or a medical loan which i cant. I just need someone to help me so i can have a life. Getting my teeth fixed would change my world and my familys world, my daughters world. I could be somebody, hell i could eat without crying. I need somebody to help me.

Barbara, You can go to a nearby dental school and get your complete dental treatment at very low cost compared to private clinics. Though the treatment there is done by budding dentists but strictly under the supervision of expert oral healthcare providers. Also at this age you need to take special care of your mouth like brushing twice daily, flossing once before going to bed, doing warm saline gargles. Not smoking and staying away from sticky food as much as possible. To get relieved from pain you can take any OTC painkiller like ibuprofen and any antibiotic or you can make a paste of garlic embraced with salt and then apply on the affected tooth, it will really help.

Cindy, For yellow teeth you can go for bleaching or you can try home remedies like using baking soda and hydrogen peroxide. These days whitening pastes are also available. For missing front tooth you have to go for the replacement and that can be the bridge or the implant. You can go to some dental school for cheaper treatment

Through childhood I had great teeth up until the age of 12, A girl made fun of my teeth because she was jealous and I ended up chipping my tooth because I couldn't stop thinking about it, I tried asking my mom for help, But she clearly didn't hear me out. I need two crowns, I have chips and cracks in my teeth, I need veneers but don't have a job and stopped going to school because a guy I was interested in hurt my feelings, He ran up to open the door for me and I said thank you, Ever since then everytime he see's me, He'll say have you seen her teeth, It's so embarassing and it makes me want to become a hermit and waste my life away in shame, I really want my future to start, but my smile keeps getting in my way, I'm currently on Ontario Works and have been off and on for 3 years, I don't like being on welfare, I want to be independent and be able to walk outside and smile at everyone I see. It's getting in the way of wanting to meet new people, or even going too see my family for holiday's or birthdays, Plus afraid of starting a new relationship with any guy because I know I wouldn't be attracted to someone with bad teeth, So I feel so depressed and just want to kill myself over it. I wish some could Please help me be me again, So I can live happily ever after!!!!! :.(
