Bottom denture not staying down in the mouth

My bottom dentures want stay down in my mouth ihave had them relined i am using the denture creams ,the liners ,but when i eat they come up no matter what i use.My gums are worn down some over the years.I want to know if there is something else I can use to keepmy bottom plate down it is very annoying when I eat

I suppose it is the muscles in the mouth that are causing your dentures to dislodge. You can get your denture replaced with dental implants. If you can't afford full mouth dentures than get at least 2 implants and have your denture modified with snaps to hold the denture in place it will not move.
