Broken Tooth Fragment after Extraction

hi yesterday i pulled out my teeth(next to wisdom teeth )the doctor pulled it out after 20 mints , it was a very bad experience for me, but anyway after he pulled out my teeth, he said small part of my teeth is still in side and he said do not worry of any thing, i want to know is doctor rite? or may be its not good, or if its not good how can i pull it out this small part of my teeth. thankx
