Complications during root canal treatment

my relative is going through root canal treatment...doctor told us that one of the files was successfully passed in the canal but he couldnt pass the second because of the extreme bend at the end..he want to now permanent fill the tooth...will that be ok when the second pin is not passed upto the root tip??should we go for any other procedure?please reply soon

Idealy the canal should be filled to the apical end as there is chances of infection. These days very good endodontic instruments are availabl which can  be used in  the bend canals. But if your dentist is sure thsat tooth is asymptomatic and there is no infection then you can go for this biut if the canal is not fully prepared the chances of root canal faiure are there.
