If food deposits have occurred in tooth extraction socket, then you can continue with warm saline rinses to remove it. You can also use tweezers or can brush gently over tooth extraction socket without irritating the extraction socket too much to remove the food particles. To avoid food accumulation in tooth extraction socket, avoid eating from side of affected tooth. Keep extraction socket area clean to avoid any infections. Follow the instructions of your dentist and take the meds as prescribed to avoid any complications.
