INCISORS-problem

My child is six yrs old her two front teeth fell out sometime ago now it look as if the teeth are fully grow however only a small portion of each tooth is showing throw the gums. it appears her teeth are still incased in the gums, her gums look as long as the teeth themselves. just image the teeth fully grown back in with the gums still covering the tooth except for a small portion. . Should I be worried?

your child is just six years old. his front teeth are still erupting. so do not worry they will erupt eventually though it takes time. It is the normal physiological procedure.
