I have an infected tooth an out of town. i have an appointment 2-5-10 but would like to know if it would be ok to take clindamycin until i return. i got the clindamycin for a cut on my lip a week ago. will it help the infection in my tooth.

If you have a infected tooth you need to take some antibiotic. but you should not take it with out the prescription or showing to dentist.
