This problem is quite common with children where the milk teeth do not come out and te peranent teeth starts erupting. In such case the milk teeth are called retained teeth. They have to get pulled out to make space for the adult teeth. When the retained milk teeth are pulled out , normally the adult teeth come to there proper position by tongue pressure.
