Did you had your Xray done? If yes then what was the diagnosis made? And Clindamycin is used to treat bacterial infections and not pain. So, taking clindamycin will alleviate your infection, if any but the pain will still be there. So, i would recommned you to take ibuprofen (should consult the consulting dentist) and get an Xray done, if not, to know the root cause behind the pain.
