The receeding and the loose front teeth is because of the gum problem. The gum problem can be because of the traumatic bite or because of the poor oral hgeine. Because of the poor oral hygeine or the traumatic bite the bone loss is there which causes the mobility of the teeth and the receeding gums. You have to go to the dentist who will assess the condition of the gums and do the treatment accordingly.
