Tooth Abscess Coming Out of Chin

Hi, is it possible for a lower tooth abscess to come out through the chin? The tooth is capped and the last time my dentist did anything with a capped tooth he broke it and the bone so I just got some Keflex from my doctor, it took two rounds of meds and left a rather large indent and scar on my chin. Thank you

Yes it is possible for the pus (which is formed due to any infection) to come out of the scar formed in your chin. I would suggest you to visit a dentist and get in professionally drained out. Else it might lead to further infection and for time being you can start with amoxicillin which will fight with the infection.
