Normally after root canal treat. But it gradually starts decreasing. ment there can be mild to moderate pain for 2 to 3 days. when single sitting root canal is there then the symptom of pain is very common occurence but in multiple visit root canal it is a very rare ccurence. You can discuss with our dentist. Some times the pain is there when the filling is high. If it not so then get an X-Ray done to find out the cause of the pain.
