After trauma to teeth which caused backward movement of lower teeth and upper teeth touching the gums, your teeth became misaligned. Because of misalignment, brushing must not be very efficient which must have lead to plaque and calculus deposits around teeth and further loosening of front teeth. Your loose teeth might have become firm because of mineralized deposits around teeth. Your upper teeth also must have super erupted or avulsed that is they must have moved bit outside because of backward movement of lower teeth or trauma. There can be traumatic bite present in relation to teeth. Blackening of teeth can be because of decay in relation to teeth. For decayed upper front teeth, you can get dental filling done if nerve is not exposed and if nerve is also involved, then root canal treatment is required. If tooth is Unrestorable, then tooth extraction will be required. Loosening of gums can be because of deposits present in relation to teeth. To make gums firm, you can do warm saline rinses 3-4 times a day. To remove the deposits around teeth, you can get dental cleaning done. You are quite young and gum healing will be good in you so you can get bone grafts or other periodontal surgeries to correct loose gums. If lower teeth are quite backward and are loose, then tooth extraction may also be required for them. After tooth extraction, you can get dental implants or dental bridge to replace the missing tooth. Without clinical examination, it is difficult to give definite diagnosis. You can refer to good periodontist to get treatment done for loose gums. For healthy teeth and gums, it is important that you maintain good oral hygiene by brushing and flossing regularly. To reduce bacteria in mouth, you can also use a mouthwash. You have to visit your dentist before your teeth deteriorate further. Sadaf, Your front teeth must be loose and black because of dental caries and gum infections in relation to teeth. You can tell your dentist to do treatment of decayed tooth by restoring them. For loose gums, you can get periodontal gum surgeries and can get dental cleaning and root planning done. If decay in relation to front teeth is deep, then you can get root canal treatment done for the tooth followed by dental crown. To make your loose gums better, you can do warm saline rinses 3-4 times a day. Without clinical examination, it is difficult to comment. On web, we can just tell you about various treatment options and probable diagnosis. You have to visit your dentist for treatment. Look for a good dentist around your place. To have healthy teeth and gums, it is important that you brush and floss regularly so maintain good oral hygiene.

Jennifer, Tooth has become loose because of trauma to the tooth and it has turned black because of infection in the tooth. Visit your dentist to get treatment done for loose and black tooth. If tooth is very slightly loose because of trauma, then it will become firm on its own. If tooth is quite loose, then tooth can be saved with splinting. Loose tooth is attached to healthy teeth to make loose tooth firm in splinting. If tooth is very loose and much of bone loss has taken place, then tooth extraction may also be required. By the time you visit your dentist, avoid any kind of irritation or eating from that tooth. Maintain a good oral hygiene to avoid secondary infection.

I fell and hit my front tooth and it stard to go black, i went to a dentist and he did me a root filling then tried inserting bleech into it however this did not work. Now my dentist is telling me that my only option will be a crown? Im worried incase the crown doesnt look good, do i have anymore options?

Lia, Bleaching or dental crown can be given for discolored tooth. If bleaching didn't work, then you can get dental crown for the tooth. Dental crown will provide strength to the tooth and will also hide the discoloration. Dental crown will look good. You can get porcelain dental crown for front tooth which are very esthetic.

Dear SUNIL, tooth turns black after the cesation of blood supply from the nerves. So, it means that your tooth has become non-vital, isn't receiving any blood supply. My recommended treatment is to get and Xray done and after that go for an RCT from a specialized endodontist.
