If there is a snaggle tooth present, then you can get it aligned by braces or invisaligns. You don’t actually have to pull out a snaggle tooth. Braces treatment can be done to correct the alignment of the tooth. If you don’t want to have metallic teeth, then you can opt for invisaligns. Invisaligns are clear, removable aligners which can be used to correct the alignment of teeth. To correct snaggle tooth, you can also opt for cosmetic procedure like dental lumineers, veneers or dental crowns. Braces or invisaligns will take 18-24 months to correct the alignment of tooth. Cosmetic procedures are faster as compared to braces treatment. You can visit your dentist and can discuss various options to correct the alignment of teeth. If tooth is broken and can’t be aligned to straight position, then tooth extraction may also be required. If tooth is to be removed, then braces can be given to close the gap between teeth.  If it is a simple tooth extraction, then it will cost $100-$150. Dental braces will cost you around $5000.  For more info on teeth straightening options, you can refer to following article... http://www.identalhub.com/dental-straightening-options-for-adult-teeth-549.aspx
