Unable to Open Mouth

My name is partho age 30 weight 58kg
Sir, i am chewing gutka and tobbacco since 8 to 10 yrs .
My health is good.
But my mouth is not opening normally. and there is wound in left side.
Can i become my mouth earlier position , which is treatment for this?
And which type doctor can treat me? Can i go to dentist or any other doctor?
Plz adwice me soon.

Dear Partho, gutka is really bad for your oral health so i would recommend you to immediately schedule a visit to the oral and maxillofacial surgeon and stop eating gutka from today. It erodes the layer of the skin thereby exposing the underlying tissues. start maitaining a proper oral hygiene by brushing twice and using mouthwash and warm saline rinses.
