Billy Tarpley, the executive director of the Arkansas State Dental Association went on to state that it surely was a wonderful day for them to see that they have been able to achieve success for dentists and the partners.
He applauded the way the dentists in Arkansas helped out with the bill and brought to the table the solutions that could be made viable. They left no stone unturned by devoting enough time and effort to contact the legislators and make this possible.
This has surely been a great achievement as eleven long years of working at the bill has gone on to achieve the passing of the bill.
