I have had a metal/porcelain bridge of the front upper teeth of 6 pieces for about 8 years. I would like to replace now with a better one. Would you recommend having a zircon one? I heard it's gum -friendly and transparent. but once a dentist told me that metal/porcelain bridges are stronger. Thank You...

  • If you want to change the front six unit PFM bridge then you shold go for all ceramic bridges. They are not only gum friendly utare also vey esthetic looking. For front teeth they are ideal.as you do not have to chew much from the front teeth. Now a days Zirconia bridges are being used for the back teeth and they are quite successful. for more info on dental bridges you can visit the following link....www.identalhub.com/article_types-of-crowns-224.aspx
