  • Yes, it is possible to get the tooth pulled out and at the same time the implant can be put but before that careful evaluation of the case is the must. As the success of the implant depends on integrity, density of bone and if infection is there in socket then rejection of implant can be there. So the surgical dentist has to select the case for one visit extraction and implant. Infact if the tooth is pulled out and at the instance implant in screwed to bone, it gives better results and patient does have to undergo surgical truama two times and time take is also less and healing of extraction and implant is in one go.
