  • The swelling on the upper lip and white bumps on two front teeth shows that front two teeth are infected. It can be due to some trauma which is very common in case of toddlers or it can be due to decayed teeth. For this you have to take your child to pedodontist who will give him meds and do the pulpectomy of the front teeth. As these two front teeth are milk teeth and will be replaced by adult teeth at age of around 7 years, so they have to be saved and preserved till that time. The infection should also be treated otherwise it can affect the permanent tooth buds present in gums and can cause hypoplasia of the permanent teeth. So take your child to Pedodontist ASAP.
