  • Root fracture in middle third is considered to be unfavorable fracture and it is difficult to manage. Prognosis is very bad as it is difficult to stablise the coronal fractured end. Normally this type of fracture is indicated for tooth extraction. If you really want to treat it then you have approximate the two segments and do the splinting to stablise them.
