First adult tooth to come in dental arch is first molar and it erupts at age of 6 years. It must be her baby tooth which must have fallen. Baby teeth start falling by 5 years of age. First baby tooth to fall is incisor. It must be her baby front teeth which will be replaced by adult front teeth by 6-7 years of age. Don’t worry. Baby tooth will be replaced with adult tooth in few months. Make sure that your kid maintains good oral hygiene and brushes properly so that no decay occurs on adult tooth.
