  • Bleeding gums can be there due to some gum diseases or it can be because of some systemic problems in which the gums become fragile and start bleeding. You need to visit your dentist for consultation. Gum diseases can be because of poor oral hygiene or irritation or infection. If it is because of poor oral hygiene and deposits, then you have to get dental cleaning done. It should be done every 6months.  Maintain a good oral hygiene. Brush and floss regularly to avoid any kind of gum problems. You can also do warm saline rinses which will reduce any swelling present on the gums. If you want bright teeth, then you can go for venners or lumineers or crowns. If you think, you have yellow teeth, then you can go for professional teeth whitening.
