  • The cavity in these teeth must be very close to the nerve that’s why your dentist must have recommended root canal treatment for your teeth. Before these teeth break further, it is advised that you get root canal treatment in these two teeth followed by capping. A tooth with a big cavity is brittle and may break further so get capping done to that tooth after getting root canal treatment done. In case of root canal treatment, the nerve which is responsible for pain and sensitivity is removed and is replaced by a filling material. Sensitive tooth pastes are effective when the cavity is within dentin but when they are close to nerve; they are not much of help though they won’t even have any negative effect either.  If you don’t have much of money for root canal treatment and capping, you can approach any of the dental schools near your place where the treatment is comparatively cheaper.
