  • You have not mentioned whether wisdom tooth is fully erupted and afterwards it is causing pain or during eruption it is causing pain. If it has erupted then it can be because of decay which has caused infection and for this you have to take antibiotics and pain killers and if it is not erutped then it may be impacted as there is less space for its eruption. In both cases, getting wisdom tooth pulled out is the best option. The application of Oragel or just taking pain killers is not going to give you any relief.
