while playing basketball yesterday i took a hard elbow in the mouth pushing my 2 top front teeth in. they didn't chip or break in any manner...i went to the restroom and was able to push them back out to they're original spots. my gums do not hurt or my mouth.and the teeth do not feel loose. however any pressure put on the teeth sush as biting is very painful....thank you for your time.

  • If your teeth are not loose and you have positioned them in proper position then they are not gonna fall out as the ligament which holds the teeth has good repair potential but you have to be very careful not to irritate them and donot bite anything from them, take soft diet for a week or 10 days and maintain good oral hygiene. Do very gentle brushing and use good antimicrobial mouthwash. You can do warm saline rinses also for 2-3 times day so that secondary infection is not there. But if there is color change or sensitivity then you have visit the dentist otherwise they become normal withing 2 weeks if you are very careful of not biting with them.
