  • Echo in ear after Root Canal Treatment is not normal. You may feel pain while eating. This crunching echo in ear may be due to filling which you got after root canal treatment is high. For this you should visit your dentist who will find out the exact reason and if it is beacuse of high filling then you have to get the adjustment of filling done. The dentist will do selective grinding of filling or crown (if you got one) using articulating paper and if this is because of high filling, then this cruching echo in ear will go.
