My daughter was born with two teeth and the teeth are not loose or anything and she is now 3months and I have recently noticed there is another tooth coming in at the top of her mouth what should I do? Should she have surgery and get them removed or should I leave them alone I just dont want my daughter having problems with her teeth later in life...

  • The teeth which you can see coming are decidous teeth i.e. normal baby teeth. In some children the eruption of baby teeth is very early. As your child is born with natal teeth, the cause of early eruption is not known. It can be hereditory. You can go to a dentist and get it confimed that the coming teeth are baby teeth. There is no need to get any teeth pulled out. When the appropriate time comes these natal teeth will be replaced by permanent adult teeth.
