I woke up two nor three days ago and brushed my teeth. After brushing i expierenced a pain in upper left sid of my top jaw and teeth. i too some advil and the pain got better for brief period. the next day my bottom teeth and jaw expierenced the same pain on the same side. the pain is unbareable. i am wondering if the piain is related to my sinuses because i had a runny nose and slight headache days before the tooth pain. And if it is not a sinus issue what is it. is it possible to have an abcess tooth spread from the top teeth to the bottom?

  • The pain in the upper back teeth can be due to the sinus but not in the lower teeth. You must be having some decayed infected tooth or the impacted third molars. It is difficult to diagnose as you can have the radiating pain. It can be the upper tooth or the lower one. So you have to visit the dentist to get the diagnoisis.
