X-ray of my teeth reveals the following Lytic lesions suggestive of caries in right lower teeth 8,7 Lytic lesions near the roots of right lower 7,6 Retained fragment of left lower 7 What's the due course of action? Is surgery necessary? Should local anaesthesia do or is general anaesthesia required?

  • First the diagnosis should be made about why the lesions are there . With out seeng the X-ray's and clinical examination it is difficult to comment on the type of lesions or whether the surgery is required or not.
