  • If front teeth are lost accidently, they are not reimplanted and there is no need to maintain the space as they donot cause any problem and the adult teeth come normally. The only problem which is there in case of adult teeth is there that its eruption can be delayed. Otherwise there is problem of aesthetics and speech. If you are concerned about the aesthetics part then either RPD or a fixed teeth can be given with bands on the back tetth. Otherwise this early loss of front teeth donot pose any problem. It will be replaced with adult teeth at appox age of 7 years.
