  •  The abcess tooth can be pulled out if the patient is already on the antibiotics. The patient should be on antibiotics for atleast 3 days before pulling of tooth by dentist. It is always better if the patient waits and then get it pulled out after taking proper dose of antibiotics. If the abcessed tooth is pulled out without antibiotics, the chances of extraction socket are more and patient may develop dry socket which is a very painful condition.
