Hi, from past 1 month when ever i brush my teeth respective of morning or night, it starts bleeding from my teeth, this is been happening from a month of time,

  • If there is bleeding from gums, it is due to the gum infections. Gum infection occurs due to deposition of plaque and calculus around the teeth.  You have to maintain a good oral hygiene for this. Brush twice a day and floss regularly to avoid deposits on the tooth. Mouthwash can also be used. You can do warm saline rinses to reduce the swelling present around the gums.  You can also get dental cleaning done to remove the deposits around the teeth. Bleeding gums can also occur due to vitamin C deficiency so you can take citrus fruits like lemons, oranges or vitamin C supplements if it is due to vitamin deficiency.
