  • shedding of the baby teeth depends upon the dental age. It is the age which is considered according to the eruption and the faling out of the teeth. In some the dental age is different from the chronological age. Some people have advanced dental age i.e. the baby teeth shed at an early age than others. So if at the age of 10 years 2nd molar is falling, it is normal if 2nd molar of other side is also about to fall. There should not be more than 3-4 months of gap between the falling of teeth from one quadrant to other. Normally also the 2nd molar falls at the age of 10-12 years. So in your case it looks like normal. For more info on dentition you can read this article.... www.identalhub.com/article_human-dentition-233.aspx
