  • The first teeth to erupt in the oral cavity are the lower front teeth and the 1st adult molars which erupt at the age of 6years. The teeth which are growing behind her two lower teeth are the adult lower teeth.  Don’t worry. Your daughter’s lower baby teeth will fall in some time and will be replaced by the adult teeth. If the lower baby teeth don’t fall even after some time, then the baby tooth is called retained tooth. These retained baby teeth needs to be pulled out.  The dentist will extract these lower retained baby teeth and adult teeth will take its position.
