Woke up with swelling of gum on top of upper front teeth. Looks like fever blister but keep on getting bigger. What can this be ?

  • The swelling in the gums in the front teeth is may be because of some irritation caused by either the food impaction or because of some trauma to the gums. Do not irritate the gums but maintain very good oral hygeine. Do warm saline rinses 2 to 3 times a day and apply some gum paint which is available OTC.
