Hi. I have a brother who's all teeth are crooked. The problem is, his 1st and 2nd molar teeth are already damage. Is it possible for him to have a braces even without a molar teeth? Is it costly?

  • For braces treatment, first you have to get the treatment for damaged molars. If they need root canal treatment and crowns then it should be done first before getting the braces treatment. If they need to be pulled out then discuss this with the Orthodontist about the treament plan. The crooked teeth can be treated without the molars but it depends on case, extent of crookedness of teeth and other things, but it is possible to get the braces even without molars.
