my gums are receding on my two front teeth but no where else also they have a brown build up on the root and inbetween the front two

  • Your gums in the front two teeth are receding because of the brown buildup  which is called calculus, which is calcified plaque and it causes gums diseases and due to this bone resorption is there and the gums also start receding. For this you have to go to dentist and get these deposits removed by getting deep scaling SCRP done.
