  • It looks like that your wisdom tooth is impacted and nothing can be done for this except to pull it out. When the wisdom tooth is impacted, it causes actue pain along with swelling and normal treatment option is to pull it out as it is not an important tooth and donot help in chewing of food. In your case, as you are pregnant and diabetic, you should visit an Oral Surgeon who are specialists for these. The oral surgeon will do clinical examination and will discuss your condition with your Gynaecologist and after that will deceide the safest treatment  and meds options in your case. In normal cases the wisdom teeth are pulled out in 2nd trimester of pregnancy as 2nd trimester is considered to be safest in entire pregnancy period. So schedule an appointment with an Oral Surgeon.
