The dentist told me that I had to get all 4 wisdom teeth removed by local anaesticia but then booked an appointment with the dentist surgeon who removes them... An appointment I have been delaying due to fear, since my dentist said that the teeth are connected to the nerve which means they will have to grind the bone down... AND THEY EXPECT ME TO BE AWAKE THROUGH IT. My question could I not be put to sleep since I know many other people who were and they eiither had less teeth removed or their removal didn't sound so severe!

  • definitely you can go for wisdom tooth extraction under sedation if you do not have any medical problem which contraindicates the sedation. You have to discuss with your dentist and reschedule the appointment and whatever instructions are given they have to be followed .
