Can a denture be made for an elderly patient with only soft tissue in bottom jaw?

  • The bone may be resorbed but it is not possible that there is no bone unless it is not surgically removed. If it is surgically removed then it depends from which area it is removed but if it is resorbed then by seeing the case clinically only it is ascertained whethere denture can be given or not. if it is not possible then some times doing bone augmentation can make it possible for the denture .
