The last few years i had gotten out of the habit of brushing my teeth regularly. now i am noticing some discoloration and small "grooves" forming on my front teeth and my gums will bleed anytime i brush. Now my question is is there any sort of dental hygiene product that can help repair the damage i've done, and after returning to a normal brushing schedule will my gums stop bleeding or will i need to go to a dentist.

  • If you start brushing twice a day regularly and do flossing the condition can improve but you shoud visit the dentist and get the cleaning done so whatever deposit is there can be cleaned. moresoever if there is any decay because  of the poor oral hygeine that can also be diagnosed by the dentist so it is always advisable to visit the dentist after every 6 months along with practising the good oral hygeine measures. If you want to know more about the oral hygeine you can visit the following
