  • The pain may be because the filling may have come out or there is crack in filling. The chewing gum or any sticky hard thing should be avoided after filling are got done in teeth. Cold sensation is there because the inner layer of the tooth ie dentine is exposed and dentine is very sensitive to hot and cold sensation. You have to visit your dentist and get it examined to find out cause. If it is because of fractured filling then you have to get it fixed.
