I recently chipped half of my front tooth and was wondering how much it would cost to repair. The whole bottom half is gone. Will i be able to use dental bonding or do i need to get a crown? If so how much will it cost and does insurance cover it?

  • Whether the bonding can be done or not depends upon the amount of chip. If half of the tooth is gone then the bonding is not possible. In that case you have to either go for veneers or the crowns. Crowns are covered by the insurance depending upon the type of the insurance but veneers are not covered by the insurance. You have to discuss the possibilities with your dentist.
