Hello, I'm a 25 year old male, I've always had straight teeth and my wisdom sets have come in and I have not had them pulled. The bottom set came in at an angle, and caused misalignment in my bottom teeth. If I were to get the wisdom teeth pulled would my bottom row ever naturally straighten again? Also would it require surgery or a simple tooth pull to remove them at this point? They are almost all the way grown in. Thank you

  • you have to get the wisdom teeth pulled out if it is causing the malalignment of the teeth. After getting it pulled ot the lower teeth can go back to normal if the discrepency is not much. it is dfficult to comment on this with out seeing it clinically. But if they do not go back normally then may be you will be needing the braces to bring them to narmal but not the surgery.
