  • Why would your dentist intentionally cause damage to your tooth. No dentist would ever do this intentionally. From your question, it is not clear that what exactly is there. If there is furcated molar present, then you can get treatment done for your tooth. Treatment of furcated molar depends on extent of damage. For treatment of furcated molar, root planning, flap therapy, bone grafting with or without guided tissue regeneration and bone surgery is required. You can visit a periodontist for treatment.
