  • The decay in the baby teeth is called early childhood caries. It can be nursing bottle caries which is because of taking nursing bottle and keeping it too long in mouth or it can be rampant caries which are due to poor oral hygiene or just some children are prone to it. You have to maintain very good oral hygiene by making her brush twice a day. Night brushing is very important. The teeth which have started decaying should be filled so that other teeth are not affected. If you visit your dentist regularly and maintain very good oral hygiene then the second set of teeth also called as adult  teeth are not affected. For better treatment you can take her to a pedodontist. For more info on children caries you can read this article....www.identalhub.com/article_why--children-keep-getting-the-cavities-51.aspx
