My very front bottom tooth just got a chip in the back and it is on the very bottom of the tooth on the gums and it is not painfull i was wondering what i should do

  • It must not be chip but the deposits which are called calculus. Calculus is a calcified plaque and it is very hard and looks like tooth structure and that is why you are not feeling any pain. You donot have to do anything. Just go to dentist and get the general cleaning done because if calculus is deposited on one tooth then it must be on other teeth also and can cause gum disease.
