  • If there is no pain and swelling and no tightness of dentures and no secondary infection is there and the healing has taken place, then you can take out your dentures but if the healing has not taken place and there is swelling present around the gums, then don’t remove them. If swelling is still there, then you can do warm saline rinses to reduce the swelling and to facilitate the healing process. Maintain a good oral hygiene. Its been almost 1week that you got your teeth removed so the sockets must have healed by now but if they have not healed, then you should not remove them. You have to keep your dentures clean if you are removing them.
