My son who is 13, has a permanent tooth growing upwards above baby tooth # 3, any advice?

  • If the baby tooth has not come out and the parmanent tooth is growing then that means the baby tooth is retained and that is why te adult tooth is not coming in the proper position. In such cases you have to get the retained baby tooth pulled out so that the permanent tooth comes out in normal position.
